Alan McClenaghan

Background

I was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and grew up in the picturesque County Antrim, which boasts the stunning Giant’s Causeway along its north coast.

I now live and work in the Greater London area of England.

Education and
Experience

I have studied media and have a degree in English and a masters in creative writing from the Queen’s University of Belfast.

I am also a trained journalist and have worked as a sub-editor for local and national newspapers. I have also worked as a designer, producing print magazines, email newsletters and websites.

In 2018, I completed a Front End Web Development Techdegree from Treehouse.

Most recently, I completed the React Nanodegree Program with Udacity.
